Over a decade, Norik has dedicated himself extensively to the fields of Data Science and Analytics, building a successful career in creating innovative solutions that drive business growth and societal impact. As the CEO and co-founder of Pikasa, Norik leads and manages the company's overall activities, playing a critical role in defining its strategic direction. He oversees the design and development of Pikasa's cutting-edge platform and research products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
Previously he founded few successful businesses in the HR service industry, which are still some of the best performing businesses in North Macedonia. His first company Motivi, to date employs over 1.000 individuals in North Macedonia and its one of the largest employers in the country. His other business, Kariera delivers HR services to over 6.000 companies on a daily basis. Earlier, he founded a multimedia company with a focus on innovative products for promotional activities.
As a visionary entrepreneur, Norik combines his passion for technology, data, and innovation with his commitment to social impact, driving Pikasa's mission to empower clients with actionable insights while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. His leadership has positioned Pikasa as a transformative force in the media monitoring and analytics landscape.
Bob Bierman

Seasoned media veteran, is chief product officer of G100, where he oversees content, programming and product strategy for the company.
As Co-Founder and Board Member of Pikasa, Bob Bierman plays a pivotal role in company's strategic leadership and vision. He actively contributes to the development and refinement of Pikasa's innovative products, leveraging his vast expertise in media, technology, and global markets. His insights and leadership ensure that Pikasa remains at the forefront of technological advancements, while his mentorship fosters growth across teams and projects, aligning them with the company's long-term goals.
He also founded Tiny World Media, through which he has served in principal executive roles for media startups including CB Insights and News Deeply, Inc.; as strategic advisor to The Economist, TechCrunch and Engadget; and senior media advisor to the North Macedonia Strategic Initiative.
Prior to this he served as general manager of Washington Post Live, founded the Bloomberg Link division of Bloomberg L.P., held executive positions at Fortune Magazine and was vice president/general manager of the trade show giant, Softbank Comdex. He is a public speaker and writer. His work has won numerous media industry awards in the U.S. and abroad.
Having done business in 25 countries, with a specialization in China, India, Southeast Asia and Mexico, Bierman's career spans the globe. He has served on the board of the Metropolitan Opera Guild in New York City and currently serves on the board of the Balkan Investigative Reporting Network.
