There are conferences that inform, and there are conferences that shift how people think.
AllWeb 2025 in Tirana did the latter.
What made this year different was not the technology discussed or the slides presented.
It was the honesty.
The practicality.
The willingness of speakers to strip away the noise and talk about what actually leads to progress.
Throughout the day, one idea kept returning:
Digital innovation is not about doing more, but about doing what matters.
Rather than chasing trends, the speakers focused on clarity, direction, and real outcomes. It was a day where digital strategy, business pragmatism, data intelligence, and imagination stood on the same stage and showed how transformation actually happens.
Pikasa at AllWeb: Present not as spectators, but as contributors
Pikasa’s team was part of this conversation not only from the stage, but in the audience.
We were there to learn, connect, challenge ideas, and share what we know about data intelligence and the power of narrative.
Our presence at AllWeb was not about visibility.
It was about being inside the energy of a region shaping its digital future, alongside people who build, design, write, and lead the next chapter of digital innovation.
Being part of this lineup means acknowledging something important:
to generate insight, you must first be willing to listen.
The speakers who reshaped the conversation
Jonika Hoomes
Former Google executive and founder of Integralis Leadership
Jonika opened with a reminder that scale is not speed. Scale is clarity. Companies grow when leaders make fewer, better decisions. Her perspective grounded the day: progress starts with intention.
Diego Pisa
CEO, Teleperformance Italy Group
Diego showed that innovation succeeds only when people do. A company becomes high performing when it becomes human centered. Culture is not decoration. Culture is the operating system.
Anja Nikolovska
Marketing Manager, Pikasa Analytics
Anja presented key insights from Albania’s digital ecosystem, highlighting how influence forms, how platforms shape emotion, and how data only becomes meaningful when someone interprets it. Narratives do not move markets. Emotion does.
Aleksandar Aškovic
Digital strategist and YouTube expert
Aleksandar broke through the myth of the algorithm. Views can be bought. Attention cannot. His message was simple: authenticity is the strongest digital strategy and audiences reward credibility, not perfection.
Barbara Slade Jagodić
Founder of Slade, SEO and content authority
Barbara explained how brands grow when they become discoverable. Posting more is not the answer. Being referenced is. Invest in owned channels. Build equity. Become a brand people can find without searching for your name.
Vesna Mardonovic
Media strategist and former regional CEO for OMG/OMD/PHD
Vesna challenged the narrative that media is declining. The media world is not dying. It is simply crowded. Between AI, ROI analytics, and platform noise, the competitive advantage remains knowing what truly performs.
Andreas Wil Gerdes & Lumjana Shehu
Telecom and digital nomad pioneer / Marketing strategist and youth empowerment advocate
Together, they demonstrated that digital opportunities are not limited by geography. Purpose, not location, defines career and business growth. Digital can transform entire life paths.
Yoad Mick
Imagination coach
Yoad shifted the entire energy of the room. Imagination is not a luxury. It is a business skill. Strategy takes you as far as your imagination allows. Companies plateau when their leaders stop imagining.
Kaido Kukk
Head of Dealer Loans, Iute Group
Kaido showed the real side of fintech transformation. When digital convenience becomes effortless for users, adoption becomes inevitable. His data on Buy Now Pay Later reshaping how Albanians purchase was a wake-up call.
Nikola Ilchev
Founder of Balkan eCommerce Summit
Nikola brought a different type of inspiration. From selling phone accessories to leading the largest ecommerce event in Southeast Europe. His story proved that expertise is built, not inherited.
Blerina Sanocki
Founder and CEO, TideBorn Capital
Blerina closed the stage with perspective from the global arena. Albania does not need to imitate Silicon Valley. It needs to connect to it. She spoke about building the bridge between global AI trends and local opportunity.
Valon Canhasi
Founder of Hallakate and Shkolla.ai
Valon delivered the most disruptive statement of the day:
AI will not take your job.
Someone using AI better than you will.
He showed how AI becomes a competitive edge when paired with human creativity and courage.
What the day proved
Digital success is not about having more tools, more dashboards, or more content.
It is about:
- clarity,
- relevance,
- consistency,
- imagination.
Technology informs.
Data directs.
People decide.
The partnerships that made it possible
Partnership and coverage made the event resonate beyond the room.
AllWeb’s partners created the platform for ideas to meet practice. This collective support made the day possible:
MANE Foundation, Raiffeisen Bank, Agna Group, Swiss EP (Swiss Entrepreneurship Program), Growpreneur, iute, Univers Promotions, and Pikasa.ai Analytics.
Media partners amplified the ideas that emerged:
Business Magazine, Cancri Marketing, Telegrafi, Club FM, Geek Room, DigitAlb, Vaspas, TechnoCast, and Boost.
Their coverage ensured that the knowledge shared on stage continued sparking discussions long after the lights went off.
Appreciation for the visionaries behind AllWeb
AllWeb does not happen by accident.
It happens because two people refuse to let the Western Balkans be a passive consumer of global innovation.
Gerti Boshnjaku and Darko Buldioski built more than a conference.
They built a meeting point for ideas, impact, and courage.
Because of them, Tirana became the center of digital strategy and innovation for a day.
AllWeb proved something we forget in an industry obsessed with speed:
Progress does not come from knowing everything.
It comes from doing something with what you know.
AllWeb 2025 was not an event.
It was an inflection point.
Not many conferences change how people think.
This one did.
