Pikasa Analytics’ August 2025 media monitoring of Montenegro’s banking industry shows that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the strongest driver of public engagement. Tracking 107 news stories across 135 media outlets, our analysis found that CSR accounted for 53.3% of all coverage and generated 84.8% of audience interactions, far more than informative news, PR, or advertising. By combining advanced data analytics with regional expertise, Pikasa reveals how Montenegro’s banks are leveraging CSR initiatives such as wildfire relief funds and humanitarian partnerships to strengthen community trust, loyalty, and long-term positioning in a competitive market.

In a competitive market, banks try to stand out by showing that they are responsible and community-focused. One of the main ways they do this is through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, which help build trust, customer loyalty, and long-term success.
